This area north of Cecil Field is growing and with the Beltway, more growth is expected. The city says that this parcel includes 4.5 acres of AG IV and .5 acre of wetlands. Southern end of parcel appears to have a drainage easement, but buyer would need to do due diligence to discover exact size of each. Most of property appears to be wooded with much of surrounding area cleared. Possible that acreage with street frontage on W Beaver may be available. (separate owner) If you drive north on Otis from W Beaver, there is a white guard rail on both sides of the street. This is the southern end of where this parcel ends. Check docs and photos for better understanding of where this parcel lies.
